Varen\u00e1 strava je ve\u013emi zdrav\u00e1 a\u00a0pre telo prospe\u0161n\u00e1. Pr\u00e1ve to \u013eud\u00ed n\u00fatilo neust\u00e1le fyzicky pracova\u0165, \u010do prispievalo k\u00a0ich zdraviu.
